Virtual Reality Learning Lab
The Virtual Reality Learning Lab creates an immersive and interactive training environment that fosters empathy, facilitates self-reflection, and enhances cultural competency amongst its participants. The lab will utilize state-of-the-art virtual reality technology to provide participants with realistic scenarios, enabling them to engage in experiential learning that explores various aspects of empathetic engagement. The full VR Learning Lab Program consists of twelve 60-min long training sessions. Each session accommodates up to 8 participants.

Strategic Advising
Collaborative in-services and directed mentorship on topics of workforce engagement and cultural intelligence. Training intended for leaders and groups no larger than 20 participants.
